I said in December 2018 that 2019 was going to be a fabulous year and it certainly hasn’t disappointed. There were so many firsts. Just wow.

With hours to 2020 which is not only a new year but also a new decade, I step forward with confidence, more wisdom and peace of mind. The latter being absolutely priceless.

I’ve taken some time to reflect on the many lessons learnt this year which I share here:

1. I realise that with a positive attitude things always work out for me.

2. I’ve learnt that sometimes doing nothing and allowing things to run its course is exactly what’s called for.

3. Not everything I’ve really really really wanted was what I actually wanted !! The next thing that came along has been so much better. #learntowait

4. Sometimes it’s all about timing and we simply have to wait our turn.

5. Sometimes the people who end up in your corner and become your greatest supporters are people you least expect.

6. The people who got on my nerves the most were usually holding up a mirror for me to check something in me. Not always a comfortable place to be in but key to learning and growing.

7. No matter what, being my authentic self is key. If it bothers you that’s your problem.

8. Rome was not built in a day, we are all a beautiful work in progress

9. Un peeling the layers and getting to the core of the matter can be painful but very worth it

10. Consistency and persistency are the traits to true mastery.

11. Never under estimate the power of prayer. Tap into your source and stay tuned in.

12. Know who your village are they should be up front and integral. Don’t be afraid to call on them and be super honest. We don’t have all the answers all the time.

I’m wishing you all the best for the next decade. Move into 2020 with clearer vision and clarity. Be the best you you can be.

Peace and Love

About this time last year I declared that my 2019 was going to be amazing and guess what it has been. I have had some major wins, some big firsts, and many green lights. By way of contrast I’ve also faced some BIG ugly stuff leading to things I needed to face and lessons to learn or even relearn. I challenged some fears around certain things and won. I found another level of healing I didn’t even know I needed. Go figure.

My friend E tells me that Mercury being retrograde during November and in Scorpio somewhere and with Pluto and Saturn being conjunct has something to do with these big uncomfortable lessons. (Sorry E I was listening but you lost me along the way). It’s deep technical stuff right.

Anyway, Secrets that were hidden coming to light which off course they always do. Doh! But the great thing about secrets being revealed, it offers up a whole new level of freedom … it’s like being sick (vomiting) and instantly feeling release. phew … There … it’s out, so much better. I am human, I’ve made mistakes as all of us have.

Thank God, I’ve grown, I’ve matured and I know so much better now. Isn’t that life correcting as we go, learning, growing, healing.

It’s the 2nd December. And it’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas ⭐️

It’s the last days of the last month of the the year. In 30 days it will be not only a new year but a new decade. DECADE people!! I look back on my last 10 years as the biggest period of growth. I’ve had to breakdown stuff and re build some stronger and firmer foundations. Some had eroded years ago but I wasn’t truly paying attention. I’ve deconstructed parts of my life and understand many more angels and aspects. Some revelations haven’t been pretty at all, but guess what? underneath all of some of the stuff was decay and mould, emotions not expressed, creative parts of me which needed unearthing, gifts nearly buried which needed dusting off. I’ve found some real treasures and gems.

For me 2020 represents a time and chance to start over, to tweak my life and to fine tune some parts of it. To reset and refresh. With vigour, with gusto and everything I have. I am upgraded, expecting more, going big, all in. Why you may ask ….. Because I have under estimated myself for far too long and in doing so I’ve under estimated my source. I am truly fearfully and wonderfully made as all of us are. Whatever we believe in, God, Goddess or other, our source is unlimited, omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscience and working for our good. Being in line with our source means the impossible becomes possible.

I have learnt to pay more attention to what is going on around me and to the people around me. Chatting with them I hear their stories and those give me more hope and confirmation that things are happening. And if things they thought were impossible and has turned around for them then why not for me? (Analytic brain kicking in).

I’m encouraging this tribe to use these last days of December to seriously re think some stuff and consciously decide and declare to leave things behind in this decade as we flow into the next.

Encouraging everyone to upgrade not only mindset and thoughts but also the heart-set.

Who needs to be asked for forgiveness? what do we or who do we need to forgive? Let’s leave that smelly stuff right here in this decade and go into the next one clean.

I’ve spent the weekend getting rid, old letters, receipts, shoes (yep I said it)! Stuff that has laid dormant for a few months or even years. Digging deep and shining a light in the old boxes, into the crevasses and corners and seeing what is a keeper and what is not. I’m making room for all the delicious new stuff that is waiting not even coming, but waiting to enter this glorious life.As I always say, this right here is no rehearsal, this life is real and it’s time to be the real deal. ‘Imposter be gone’ step forward the real authentic article.

Have an incredible December make it count because it’s one life. Be kinder to everyone around you because we all matter.

Today is a big milestone in my personal life and I KNOW that I am super blessed.

I’ve just completed another piece of valuable learning thanks to #Mindvalley and Vishen Lakhiani.

Robin Sharma was the (my) coach. Just personally claiming him and look forward to meeting him and Vishen sometime soon, just putting it out there….. lol😊

My key takeaways which I’ll share with my growing tribe:

* Run your OWN race

* Have everything but need nothing

* Couple your Mindset with your Heart-set

* Invest in YOUR happiness

* Turndown the dial of your ego and turn up the dial of your heart

* Love transforms Everything

* Love, Honour, Respect and Accept yourself. (If you don’t accept YOU why should anyone else)?

* As you know more you GROW more

* Practice being truth – when you don’t speak your truth you betray yourself.

* Build trust and Loyalty

And my own

* It’s NEVER too late to start afresh

* Tomorrow’s gone your present is now. What you do from today is what counts.

* If someone doesn’t have a smile, give them yours 🤗

* You made the choice – Own it!

And from my favourite book Anne Of Green Gables, the very best reminder:

* Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it*

It’s October 1st which means we are into the last quarter of the year 4Q.

We have 96 days to go until the end of 2020, can you believe that?

Some of us had big plans and dreams at the beginning of the year and 3 quarters of the year has already passed,

I ask you these questions:

* How’s your life shaping up?

* Are you near your goal?

* Have you been consistent and keeping-it simple ?

* Have you been building by taking small steps?

If like me your answers are:

* Pretty good

* Yes I am

* Yes I have

* Yes I have

If the plan was one on paper and nothing has been done towards it, just remember is not too late.

Start today and take advantage of your 96 days. You can still make an impact and a change for the better and a change for progress

Think about all the people who have accomplished and achieved and guess what if they can do it so can you!

Keep reaching for the top, no excuses just be consistent.
