A double rainbow symbolizes a transformation in life. The first rainbow is significant of our material life. The primary rainbow, where the purple rainbow is below that of yellow represents the descent from the heaven to earth. The second rainbow ascends from earth to heaven. Seeing one is very auspicious. Seeing one is a sign from the Universe to take note of your spiritual self and to listen to the messages.

This is a time to reflect and meditate, discover, and grow.

It’s the start of “HOME TIME” month here in the UK. Don’t you just love the uplifting feeling this word gives?

India got inspired yesterday from @theunrefinedsoulscribe post on the power of words we use.

‘Lockdown’ has such a low vibe to it. It’s claustrophobic, like we’ve done something wrong and we’re locked up. Which, we haven’t and we’re not.

By just switching that low vibe word too ‘HOME TIME’, it will feed us with a childlike play energy.

Its our choice, we chose to have home time. We can also chose to have home play which is fun! Whoop! So, with that being said, what do you chose to do during your home time month?

I choose to be joyful in my thinking.

I choose to have 1 great conversation per day.

I choose to watch a comedic and interesting film

I choose to use my words carefully

I choose not to sweat the small stuff !

But most of all I choose to allow my body to dictate because I am fearfully and wonderfully made and my body has all the intelligence it needs to heal. So I choose to be still and allow.
