Live the life that you KNOW in your heart you are destined to live – Robin Sharma.

Today is a big milestone in my personal life and I KNOW that I am super blessed.

I’ve just completed another piece of valuable learning thanks to #Mindvalley and Vishen Lakhiani.

Robin Sharma was the (my) coach. Just personally claiming him and look forward to meeting him and Vishen sometime soon, just putting it out there….. lol😊

My key takeaways which I’ll share with my growing tribe:

* Run your OWN race

* Have everything but need nothing

* Couple your Mindset with your Heart-set

* Invest in YOUR happiness

* Turndown the dial of your ego and turn up the dial of your heart

* Love transforms Everything

* Love, Honour, Respect and Accept yourself. (If you don’t accept YOU why should anyone else)?

* As you know more you GROW more

* Practice being truth – when you don’t speak your truth you betray yourself.

* Build trust and Loyalty

And my own

* It’s NEVER too late to start afresh

* Tomorrow’s gone your present is now. What you do from today is what counts.

* If someone doesn’t have a smile, give them yours 🤗

* You made the choice – Own it!

And from my favourite book Anne Of Green Gables, the very best reminder:

* Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it*

I’ll be writing and sharing heaps more, stay tuned and have a fabulous day.

It’s never too late

It’s October 1st which means we are into the last quarter of the year 4Q.

We have 96 days to go until the end of 2020, can you believe that?

Some of us had big plans and dreams at the beginning of the year and 3 quarters of the year has already passed,

I ask you these questions:

* How’s your life shaping up?

* Are you near your goal?

* Have you been consistent and keeping-it simple ?

* Have you been building by taking small steps?

If like me your answers are:

* Pretty good

* Yes I am

* Yes I have

* Yes I have

👏👏👏👏

If the plan was one on paper and nothing has been done towards it, just remember is not too late.

Start today and take advantage of your 96 days. You can still make an impact and a change for the better and a change for progress

Do you doubt if you can do it?

Think about all the people who have accomplished and achieved and guess what if they can do it so can you!

Keep reaching for the top, no excuses just be consistent.

Time goes by so quickly …

I’m reminded that in approximately 5 months it will be 2020! 2020 … gulp.

My response has been ‘I’m so enjoying 2019 right now, I haven’t really given it much thought’. I declared back in December that this was going to be a fabulous year and guess what …. it’s going just fine.

How’s things going for you? Are you achieving what you set out to do? Or are you still talking about it? If the latter, what’s stopping you? What’s getting in the way? Sometimes a real heart to heart can get to the bottom of things.

Just know that time is zipping past and waits for no man or woman.

I’m ticking off my items one by one. I had made a decision not to do the autumn choir (which I love) because of the timing. However I’ve received an alternative solution which may very well work out just nicely. Thank You universe. I’m keeping the focus and utilising my time wisely. I’ve made sure that I gift myself time for me and maintaining that much needed balance.

Keep the focus peeps, keep thriving and enjoy the last of the summer days.

PS ….

Remember if you are stuck and require a little help and guidance a coach is a great please to start.

Do give me a call if you need. A 30 minute free session is available to you.

Feel free to use it. I would 👌👌

Beautiful summer days …

Live Your Life !

A boat was docked in a tiny Mexican fishing village.

A tourist complimented the local fishermen on the quality of their fish and… asked how long it took to catch them.

“Not very long” they answered in unison.

“Why didn’t you stay out longer and catch more?”

The fishermen explained that their small catches were sufficient to meet their needs and those of their families.

“But what do you do with the rest of your time?”

“We sleep late, fish a little, play with our children, and take siestas with our wives. In the evenings, we go into the village to see our friends, have a few drinks, play the guitar, and sing a few songs.

We have a full life.”

The tourist interrupted, “I have an MBA from Harvard and I can help you! You should start by fishing longer every day. You can then sell the extra fish you catch. With the extra revenue, you can buy a bigger boat.”

“And after that?”

“With the extra money the larger boat will bring, you can buy a second one and a third one and so on until you have an entire fleet of trawlers.

Instead of selling your fish to a middle man, you can then negotiate directly with the processing plants and maybe even open your own plant. You can then leave this little village and move to Mexico City, Los Angeles, or even New York City!!! From there you can direct your huge new enterprise.”

“How long would that take?”

“Twenty, perhaps twenty-five years.” replied the tourist.

“And after that?”

“Afterwards? Well my friend, that’s when it gets really interesting,” answered the tourist, laughing. “When your business gets really big, you can start buying and selling stocks and make millions!”

“Millions? Really? And after that?” asked the fishermen.

“After that you’ll be able to retire, live in a tiny village near the coast, sleep late, play with your children, catch a few fish, take a siesta with your wife and spend your evenings drinking and enjoying your friends.”

“With all due respect sir, but that’s exactly what we are doing now. So what’s the point wasting twenty-five years?” asked the Mexicans.

And the moral of this story is:

Know where you’re going in life, you may already be there! Many times in life, money is not everything.

Yesterday Serena Williams lost in straight sets to Simona Halep. We know that Serena is the better player on paper and all week at Wimbledon she was simple getting better and better.

But yesterday for 60 minutes of the day, Simona out played her, out paced her and won, that’s life!

Serena has 23 grand slam singles titles under her belt, that is an amazing record. She and Venus have made history and are an inspiration to so many. Ask Cori Gauff!

I love that Serena was magnanimous in defeat and acknowledged that Simona played out of her skin and was the better player on the day.

Now that attitude and approach is a winning trait and demonstrates true champion qualities.

Go Serena!
