About Me

I’m a proud mother of two grown daughters who are thriving in their careers and in life. Watching them grow into the women they are today is one of my greatest joys.

My own path has been wonderfully varied. Over the years, I’ve reinvented myself many times. Wife and full-time mum, carer, career woman, to coach. Each chapter has brought new experiences, lessons, and perspectives that shape the way I connect with people today.

For me, coaching isn’t really a “job.” It’s a conversation. It’s about creating a space where people can reflect, think differently, and discover their own answers. I love witnessing that moment when everything clicks, the “a-ha” moment when someone sees a new possibility for themselves.

Life hasn’t always followed the script I expected. Divorce was never part of my plan, yet it became part of my story. Going through that experience taught me resilience and perspective, and I’m living proof that there is life, and often a richer one, on the other side of major life changes.

Outside of my work, I believe strongly in living well. Exercise is a big part of my life; I see it as medicine in its own right. I also love travelling, exploring museums, and enjoying a good plate of food.

Creativity is another joy of mine. I love to sing, and write. I am a published author with a few more titles in me. And from time to time I pick up a paintbrush and lose myself in painting landscapes.

I’m also a self-confessed technology geek. I’m endlessly curious about how things work and how technology can help us live and work better.

At the end of the day, I’m someone who has lived, learned, adapted, and grown through many seasons of life, and I’m genuinely happy with who I am and where I am today.
