Founded by Jan Sinclair – Synclarity Coaching Practice has been helping people to find their greater purpose in life for a number of years.

What’s the inspiration behind the name? SYNC to be in harmony, CLARITY to be Crystal Clear.

A certified LOA (Law Of Attraction) coach who fully understands and believes that if you first ask and then believe, you do receive and you will achieve. We are all gifted with one life, lets live it with gusto and meaning.

I am blessed with 2 absolutely gorgeous daughters. Beautiful inside and out,  both are grown and pursuing their own successful careers.  I love being a mother to my daughters and the motherless.  I am always learning something new and these ladies keep me true to my calling and gift’s.

I attained my MCIPD in HR and in 2018 I was listed as #IB100 FT UK’s Most Influential BAME Leader in Tech. 2018 – 2019. In June 2019 I received the WinTrade award in the category Women Head Of Diversity.

With these platform’s I am opening doors for others.

My aims are :-

* To ensure that the Next Gen progress with speed and confidence.  I took the stairs and with my know how and guidance you can take the elevator!

* That with each conversation, hints tips and tools, the next generations are prepared right across the piece.

* To support, enable and empower, keeping the next generation well informed and good to go.
